These one-to-one sessions offer a calm, grounded environment where you can settle your nervous system and tune back into your body in a steady, supportive way. Together we explore mindful movement, breathwork and meditation practices that help release tension, ease stress and bring you back into balance. Each session is shaped entirely around you, your energy and where you are on your journey.

We begin with the breath.
Through simple yet powerful techniques, you’ll learn to slow the nervous system, release tension, and steady the mind. Each practice helps you reconnect with your natural rhythm and brings clarity into the present moment.
Mindfulness
and Stillness
Moments of stillness are woven throughout your session. These pauses allow the body to integrate and the mind to rest. Guided mindfulness helps you tune inwards... to listen, reflect and reconnect with yourself.

Movement
Gentle, intentional movement forms the foundation of your session. You’ll learn to move with awareness, building a deeper understanding of how your body feels and responds. The aim is not to achieve a pose but to find presence in motion… a meditation through movement.

Sessions can take place in your home, outdoors in nature or in a private space at one of our local venues. You can book a one-off session to explore the experience, or begin a regular practice when you’re ready.

These sessions can be booked individually or as part of a block for those wishing to build a regular practice. Each one lasts around 60 minutes and can take place in your home, outdoors or at one of our local venues.
