Bear & Bird offers a grounded way to regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, breathwork and meditation.

About Jack

 

Jack created Bear & Bird after discovering how mindful movement, breathwork and meditation helped him rebuild strength and clarity during the most challenging periods of his life.

 

With a background in personal training and a grounded, approachable teaching style, he guides people to regulate their nervous system, reconnect with their bodies and find a deep sense of presence and calm.

 

His aim is simple: to help you return home to yourself.
