Repetition has a powerful effect on the nervous system, the mind and the way we feel in our bodies. In this session we explore the use of simple mantra in a grounded, practical way using words, breath and sound as tools for calming the mind, settling the body and creating steadiness within. When repeated gently and consistently, these phrases can become deeply supportive anchors in everyday life.
We will begin with clear, accessible phrases that support safety, ease and presence. There will also be the option to experience a simple Sanskrit mantra through sound and vibration without any belief or spirituality required. This is about feeling the power of repetition directly rather than analysing its meaning.
