About the event

Held inside the quiet warmth of the yurt at Let's Retreat in Angmering, The Long Exhale is a two hour workshop designed to help you slow down, soften the body and reset your nervous system through movement, breath and mindful awareness.


Each session guides you gently out of stress and survival mode and back into a steadier, calmer inner state. Through grounding movement, breathwork, mindfulness and simple, practical regulation tools, you will learn how to release built up tension, settle anxious energy and quieten the constant background noise of the mind. This work supports deeper rest, clearer thinking, emotional balance and a greater sense of ease in everyday life.
