The Ember Sessions

As Spring begins we gather again for the second of our men's only Ember Sessions series...

We’ll begin with a two hour guided sauna: four rounds of rising heat and whisking, cold immersion, breathwork and movement.

Then, we’ll gather round the fire to refuel with stew and cacao.

Finally, we’ll retreat into the dome for a journey of guided breathwork and meditation as night falls around us.

Limited to 8 places, investment £125 including food and drink.

Because our events are small, intimate and carefully held, all tickets are non refundable once booked. Each place reserved means a space is held especially for you, and at short notice it is very difficult to refill that place.
