The Ember Sessions

A Winter Men’s Gathering at Wowo.

This December we’ll come together at the midpoint of winter, where the tide turns and darkness begins its retreat.

We’ll begin with a two hour guided sauna: four rounds of rising heat and whisking, cold immersion, breathwork and movement.

Then, we’ll gather round the fire to refuel with stew and cacao.

Finally, we’ll retreat into the dome for more breathwork and an immersive meditation as night falls around us.
