About the event
Just like the sky, our inner world changes throughout the day. There are moments of brightness, heaviness, calm and turbulence, often without a clear reason.
In this session, we will explore how breath, movement and simple rituals can gently change the inner weather. Rather than trying to force calm or positivity, we will practise small, intentional ways of meeting what is here and supporting the body to move towards steadiness and ease.
You will leave with simple practices to carry into daily life when you need to shift how you feel from the inside out.
