This winter edition of Sauna, Sea and Stillness offers a fresh way to experience our much loved ritual. As the sky slowly brightens, we move between the warmth of the sauna and the cold of the sea, guided by breathwork and mindful movement to wake the body, steady the nervous system and clear the mind.

The contrast of heat and cold sharpens the senses and brings you fully into the present moment. We close with warm cacao and a grounding meditation, carrying the stillness and clarity of the morning into the rest of the day.

This is a chance to begin the weekend feeling clear, connected and alive.
