About the event
The next of our events with Glo Sauna takes place on Thursday 16th October, 630–830pm!
Come join us for an immersive evening of connection, contrast and calm by the sea.
We’ll move through Qi Gong-inspired mindful movement and breathwork, warm our bodies in Glo's wood-fired sauna, and awaken the senses with cold sea dips. As the sun begins to fall, we’ll gather around the fire for a grounding meditation and cacao to close.
Come to reconnect… with your body, your breath and the quiet rhythm of nature.
