About the event
Discover the ancient art of Qi Gong - a practice that promotes balance, calm, and vitality through flowing movements and focused breathing. Each session will guide you through Qi Gong sequences designed to release tension, ground your energy and enhance overall well-being.
We’ll also explore mindful movement flows to strengthen the body, improve posture and enhance balance, all while synchronising movement with your breath to deepen the connection between mind and body.
Classes will take place in the warmth of the yurt, creating a peaceful and focused environment. On dry days, we’ll move outside to the beautiful meadow by the lake, connecting with nature and its grounding energy.
This practice is suitable for all levels. Come as you are and leave feeling stronger, more balanced and deeply connected.
