This is an invitation to pause, to step out of the noise and into a day created with deep intention. A day shaped by stillness and movement, warmth and connection, breath and awareness. A space to soften, to arrive fully and to remember what it feels like to be truly here.

We are keeping the details quietly held for now. What we can share is this. It will be a small, intimate retreat rooted in presence, nervous system care, gentle depth and meaningful connection (oh and cacao!)
