About the event
When the mind quietens and the body softens, something else begins to become more noticeable… a sense of connection.
Not something we create, but something we remember.
In this session, we gently open into that awareness.
Through breathwork and guided meditation, we explore what it feels like to be part of something larger… to feel connected to the body, to the world around you, and to the subtle presence that runs through it all.
Nothing to reach for.
Just a space to notice… what you are already part of.
